No. Everything is built with free elements and fonts and works on a free Canva account. A paid Canva plan is only needed if you want your own domain name for the website.
On a free Canva account, yes: the address ends in .my.canva.site and there's a small "Designed with Canva" line at the bottom of the page.
No. They open your link and reply on the RSVP form from any phone or computer.
We recommend a computer for the first setup. Later edits are fine from your phone.
